Inherit Clothing Company Grand Opening Celebration

Inherit Clothing Company GRAND OPENING was last weekend!  We were so humbled by the amount of support we received in-store and online from our amazing Inherit Clothing Company community. 

WHAT. A. CELEBRATION!

To all of those who came to shop or browse, gave encouragement or feedback, shared photos on our social platforms,  ate sweet treats with us, or sent welcoming gifts - THANK YOU!  ALL were so appreciated and we can NOT thank y'all enough!

 

You might be wondering, "why the move"?

For those of you who are just joining us on this journey - here is a little timeline and backstory to what brought us to our Grand Opening in downtown Morris, Minnesota.  

January - The Skirt Outlet moved from Eureka, Illinois to my brother's nearly empty warehouse/garage in rural Morris, Minnesota.  Right away, we started working on a new name, and putting to paper the voice of our company so we could have a foundation for our team, community, and in every action moving forward! 

February/March - We started to realize this space wasn't going to fit us for long. We were quickly growing out of the "garage". We could get into the leaky garage door + ceiling or lack of air conditioning, but we will leave it at -- it was close quarters and an amazing opportunity to bond...and REALLY get to know each other in that small space ;-).    

April - The realization came that we definitely needed more room.  We researched multiple options in the Morris area and landed on the former "Cullen's Home Center" building on main street Morris, Minnesota.  We worked with some AMAZING contractors who helped us make our dream a reality by creating a brick and mortar store along with a warehouse + office space all in one location.

August - After lots of prayers, meetings, photoshoots, and just plain 'ol hard work, we launched our new name + website to our online community!    Locally, we had a "soft" opening in our new home with friends and family to get our flow down before the BIG day! This was a great run-through and opportunity to get some feedback as we prepared to open our Morris storefront to our community!

September - GRAND OPENING! This brings us to last weekend!  The culmination of months of pouring our hearts, muscles, and minds into the new Inherit Clothing Company brand and space.  WHAT A BLESSING!  Again, we are SO thankful for all of the support as we continue on this endeavor!

God for His unfailing guidance and direction through all things.

 

The AMAZING team at Inherit who have believed in this mission from the beginning and took that leap of faith with us.  Leaks, no air conditioning and all... :) Faith, team and hard work has been from day one and we wouldn't be here today without all of those key elements {see first team photo below!}.

 

The contractors who willingly took on this dream and accomplished it in the way we envisioned and more!

Now the question is - WHEN WILL YOU COME VISIT US?  We really, really enjoy meeting you all in person!  If you are local - you better come on down! If you are from out of state, plan a trip!  We would love to meet you!

We are open weekly Thursday 10-7, Friday 10-5, and Saturday 10-2.
