FREE Exchanges

  • All domestic exchanges are FREE, which means you can send your item back and get a new size or style free of charge. (Yes, seriously.) Items purchased are eligible for only one exchange, if it doesn't work out the second time you can return it. 
  • Try our NEW Instant Exchange Feature on all domestic orders to ensure an item doesn't go out of stock. You are only charged if you don't return the original item within 14 days. Once returned. you will be refunded for the original item if outside the 14 day window.

Returns

  • An $8.95 shipping label fee is charged when you return your items. (This covers the cost of the shipping label we email you.)
  • Not wanting to wait for your refund before you keep shopping at Inherit? Try our NEW Shop Now Feature. It lets you shop your favorite styles with credit from your return. Did we mention we also cover your shipping costs when you do?

  • We offer a 30 day return policy for your returns or exchanges.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Received a damaged or defective item? Give us a call or email us at [email protected] - we'll take care of you.
  • Returned items that are damaged, worn, missing tags, smell like smoke or perfume, or have animal hair will not be accepted as a return. These items will be donated, and you will not be refunded for the return.
  • Exchanges/Returns can be sent back in their original packaging.
  • Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 14th are eligible to return until January 15th.
  • Allow up to 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account.
  • All refunds are sent back to the original form of payment.
  • Any purchases that are made using Inherit Rewards points will not be eligible for returns or exchanges for a refund of points.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox in new condition. The shoebox may not be used as a shipping box. An additional protective box must be used or your return will be voided and “returned to sender” at the customer’s expense.
  • Swimsuits must be unworn and unaltered. Tags must be attached and all liners must be in place for it to qualify for a return.
