This is the first waist apron I've ever gotten, but I absolutely love it! The pocket on the front is huge. The material feel heavily textured, but soft. I usually prefer a full apron for intensive cooking, but it's perfect to throw on for doing the finishing touches, for baking, or for doing the dishes.
