    Balloons away.

    A cute classic striped tee. Though the neckline is a bit high, so that it makes your torso look long even with a high waisted skirt. I still like it though.

    Pencil Striped Short Balloon Sleeve Tee

    Since I ordered this top to go specifically with the paper bag tie skirt which I returned, I returned the top also. The top was cute, but I was very disappointed in that for the price, the stripes did not match on the sides
