I have to agree with one of the other reviews about sizing. I was really excited to try this skirt, but going off the sizing chart I ordered an 18 and it is WAY too big, by several inches. It simply falls off, I can't wear it. I can't return it either, as it was a final sale item. It's so large, I don't know that I will grow into it in the next few months, either.
Also, the belly panel dips far down in front, so to keep that from showing I would have to wear a very long shirt. But perhaps that is because it's too big. Disappointed, as I love denim skirts of this length.

Purchased this skirt for my daughter. Hips are a great fit and look like there is lots of room to expand as her pregnancy progresses.

This skirt was purchased during my fourth pregnancy. I have never liked the way maternity clothes look on me and never buy anything with a full panel. Thankfully, I found this skirt. It is the only thing that I felt like myself while wearing and the full panel was comfortable. As stated in another review, the elastic "cinch" is a little different but it got the job done. Inherit Clothing Company may have become my new go-to place for skirts due to this purchase.

After some sizing discrepancies (PLEASE make sure when measuring your waist that you are measuring where you want the top of the band to sit. They will tell you the same; also my hip measurement put me a size above what I actually needed, so you may need to size down!), I finally got the size 10 (5'4, currently 165 pounds and 20 weeks pregnant with my third; 143 pre-pregnancy for reference if that helps you!. I love the design, though the strap is a little strange. I'd recommend waiting until you're really popping for this style skirt, as the belly band bunches in a way that shows through any top you wear, if you need to tighten it too much. Being my third pregnancy, I didn't have that issue for long! It's extremely comfortable and I wear it multiple times a week. Here's my issue though - the button has come off completely and I will need to replace it. There is only one button, at the opening of the slot the elastic comes through. I've owned the skirt for just shy of a month, and while I do wear this quite frequently, a button sewn down properly would not fall off like this. (I'm a seamstress and it can be sewn down much better!) Otherwise, I absolutely love it and would choose this over the skirt with the side bands any day; those are just uncomfortable to me.
