I bought this for my young teen daughter, and she loves it. She is picky about things around her waist and loves the stretchy, soft waistband. It will grow with her and can easily be pulled up or down to suit her needs. I bought it knowing if the smallest ladies size was still too big for her - we could exchange it as easily as we bought it! Inherit did not disappoint.

I have a 29.5 in waist and 39.5 in hips. I ordered a M and it works. The lace trim was scratchy when I tried it on, but washing and drying in the dryer took care of it. It skims my hips and lays smoothly under skirts.
